4. How important was “situation” to his/her leadership?
5. Why did people follow this leader?
6. Would you follow this leader and why or why not?
7. A one-page, individual self-reflection on what have you learned about leadership from the exercise?

In doing your analysis, make sure that your assessment covers each chapter in the text. You may not be able to find enough information to do a reasonable job or come to any meaningful conclusions in some areas. In your report you are required to clearly use the models and concepts from the text in your analysis. I expect to see them in your representation
