Proposal and Interim Report (You must read both of those documents attached before starting to write the order) !
--------------------------------------------------------------------
In this order I need a dissertation that will conclude the proposal and interim report on a wider aspect and it must have 8000-8500 words for the main body of the report, excluding appendices. However, I do want you to include an explaining (1000 words) about the program that I have created using netbeans which will allow any firm or user of storing a small human resource management system database.

Note: The program screenshots are attached in the file of ( Program Screenshots )
--------------------------------------------------------------------
The rest of the word count (7000-7500) and that would be an extend of the Proposal and Interim Report

Please bare in mind that the whole body must between (8000-8500) word count and everything must be linked to the Proposal and Interim Report

Formatting guidelines
The document should be produced in black type in 12 point Arial font.
Use a line spacing of 1.5
Margins should be not less than 30mm on the side of the binding and not less than 20mm on each of the other sides (right, top and bottom).
All pages should be numbered consecutively (including contents, through to references and appendices).  If appropriate contents and references can be numbered separately.
Page numbers should be located centrally in the bottom margin (about 10mm up).
Drawings should be in black.  Photographs may monochrome or be in colour, providing that they remain understandable if a monochrome photocopy is taken.
