•Describe how you would apply and integrate external ethical standards to your own decision making as you contemplate your strategy.
•Based on your professional analysis of the situation, which you supplemented by a review of the literature, propose a strategy for addressing your stated ethical situation.
•Identify the parties that need to be included in the decision making. What perspective does each party bring? How do the various perspectives compliment or oppose one another? How would you introduce an ethical perspective into the conversation?
•Describe your plan for achieving consensus within the decision-making group and for moving your strategy forward.
