DIRECTIONS: You will interview one person who works in an organization of more than 25 people in any field/profession of interest to you. Think about a field or position you want to more information about and identify someone who would be willing to chat with you by phone or in-person.
The questions to address in the interview are listed below. You do not need to ask all of these. Interviews should last between 25-30 minutes. Do not ask any questions that are not on this form.
• Remind the interviewee that all the questions asked and information provided will remain confidential and that this assignment is for educational purposes only.
• Interviewees can refuse to answer a specific question or decline continued participation once the interview has begun.
• Please note all of the questions you asked and the interviewee’s answers.
• Please send a “thank-you” email or hand written card to acknowledge your appreciation of their time spent with you
