Organizational Ethics
Links between corporate culture and ethics can take two directions. On the one hand, corporate culture can be viewed as a fundamental ingredient in institutionalizing ethics in organizations. On the other hand, culture can be considered the backbone of corporate ethics, to the extent that occasionally the terms ethics and culture are confused.
