2. In your chapter about culture, there is information on page 43 about "You are what you eat?" Tell us about the foods you eat on a regular basis. How is it that you have come to eat these foods and see them as normal? Then, identify some foods that other people eat in other countries that you do not and might even view as "weird." How come they eat these foods? How is your evaluation of what they eat an example of ethnocentrism? What about your cultural practices makes those food seem weird? How can you look at what they eat in a more culturally relative way?
Hint: you should be defining ethnocentrism and cultural relativity in addition to answer these questions.

As such, Erving Goffman coined the term “dramaturgy” for use in describing social interaction. Define dramaturgy. In what ways is social life like a play on a stage? I want you to think about your last date, your last night on the town, or your last religious service in terms of a stage play. Offer a dramaturgical analysis of this event.
