Literature review should be of maximum of 4 pages.All formatting must be in accordance with the APA Publication Manual. Some general formatting rules are as follows:
• The entire paper should be written in third-person narrative, and in the past tense.
• The assignment must be submitted electronically as a typed Microsoft Word document file using a 12-point Times New Roman font, double line-spacing, flush-left line justification, and with one-inch margins on all sides.

• Tables and figures must appear on their own pages, and must be placed in the report in either the appendix or on the page(s) immediately following the page where they are referred to in the report.
• Quotes should be used sparingly and only in support of an idea. Quotations must be limited to less than 10 percent (by word count) of the text for any section or sub-section of the paper.
