Part A:Basically speaking, this part is to understand the problem. So, you should produce BPM which represents the current situation of LC. For the strategic analysis, you can use any model you learned before which you think proper (e.g. SWOT or PESTLE) and of course, it should be the analysis of current situation of the company.
Part B:
According to analysis of current situation of the company, you should propose several alternative software which could be adopted by the company to improve its business process. You need to choose a set of evaluation criteria (e.g. functionality, usability etc.) and evaluate those software in table.
Part C: Treat this part as the report you need to provide to LC as a business consultant. I mentioned in the lecture that you can organise contents under your own heading/subheadings as long as all the parts are addressed in the report. (e.g. Introduction includes Part A, Main session includes Part B etc.);
